Great chicken. Kind of pricey but worth it, since the quality is high. I got two sliders and they were delicious. I tried mild and medium. Mild was honestly enough for me. Great slaw on top and the sauces are great too. Wish there was one closer but then I would probably gain about 87 pounds. Looking forward to going back.

I was so excited to see one opening up in Toledo, OH. I previously ate at a Dave’s Hot Chicken in York, PA. My server, Lataysha, was incredible—she really went above and beyond to make our visit a great overall experience. Dave’s Sauce is 10 out of 10 IMO better than Cane’s to each their own.
Dave Chicken secured the win for options, offering generous portions of sauce and being generous with their condiments. Mel took our order and demonstrated a high level of professionalism, representing the company very well. I have made this restaurant my preferred choice over the competition.
Ok so I saw this as on Instagram and had to drive to Dave’s to feel the same pleasure the influencers seem to be feeling on screen, and I was not disappointed. My mouth is on fire, but I have no regrets. The chicken was so moist and flavorful, specially when dipped in their sauce. So good!
Me and my wife tried this for the 1st time literally a week after trying Houston Hot Chicken in Toledo. Daves won in every category. They were nicer with the service, loved the layout, the music was great, and the food was some of the best we've ever tried. We will definitely be coming back and regularly.
